2009 Pride in the Park Vendor Registration

Pride in the Park 2009 will be held on Sunday, August 16 from 12noon - 6pm on the grounds of Cedar Beach Park in Allentown, PA. Please download and review the 2009 Vendor Information and Release prior to completing this registration.

PRICING & SPACE REQUEST

Vendor space available in 10’x10’ increments only. Food vendors are required to pay an additional $50.00 deposit in this transaction. Pride GLV will refund deposit via check after 6pm on 8/16/09.

If additional 10 x 10' spaces are needed, select from below. Space is purchased in 10 x 10' increments only.

Additional 10 x 10' spaces can be added to your initial request. Please review the drop down menu carefully before making your selection.
Will you need electricity at an additional $40.00 charge? Vendors may also provide their own generator if electricity is required.

Vendors are required to provide ample cords and necessary fittings.
Will you need water hook up?

It is the responsibility of the vendor to provide all hose, fittings and ample notice of needs.
Vendor Comments/Special Requests

List any comments and/or special iinstructions for our vendor coordinator. He will make all attempts to accomodate vendor requests. Pride GLV can not guarantee that all requests will be granted.
